"Snow Fun"

January seems to be such a LONG and boring month. We get a little stir crazy staying inside everyday. So on Saturday we decided to bundle up and play outside for awhile. Kyler doesn't care what the temperature or weather is like outside, he would be out there all of the time if we would let him.

He had fun...
Riding around the yard in his sled.

Throwing snow balls.

Making snow angels.

Trying to move around in his snowsuit.

Playing with dad.

And, helping dad build a snowman.

Then mom came along and ruined all of the fun. I made him pose for a picture.

Ladies Man...

Kyler loves preschool days. He has 8 kids that loves to play with him, laugh at him, and follow him around. On Thursday he was in heaven when they all wanted to pull him around in his sleigh. They lasted the whole 20 minutes of play time pulling him around. That is much longer than when I pull him. If you look closely at the picture it is all girls. He's a little young to be a ladies man already.

A New Year & Turning the Big 3-0

This year we celebrated New Year's Eve by having a Minute to Win it party. We enjoyed making fools of ourselves and laughing at each other. Kyler was a little worried with some of the games and I'm sure he learned some new tricks like: pulling all of the tissues out of a box, rubbing vaseline on your nose, unrolling a whole roll of toilet paper, and eating cookies off of your face. We had a good time with a lot of laughs.

I also turned the big 3o this past week. I was able to enjoy a relaxing evening with Jason by going out to eat and to a movie. I can't believe I'm out of my 20's! I look back at all of the things that have happened in the past 10 years and it amazes me how much happens in such a short time. I graduated from collage, taught school for 7 years, got married, bought 3 different homes, went through 5 years of infertility STRESS, adopted Kyler, and started my own preschool business. The past 10 years have had its highs and lows, but overall I wouldn't change a thing. I look forward to the next 10 years and all that comes with it. (except the gray hair)
