Last weekend we headed to the mountains for the
Walker Family Reunion.
The kids always look forward to this weekend and end up having so much fun running around with cousins and spending time with grandma's and grandpa's.

We arrived on Saturday just in time for the corn hole tournament.

The winners of the tournament.
During the afternoon we all headed down to float the river.
That was the thing that Kyler was most excited about.
It has always been a lot of fun in years past, but they have started selling water guns which takes a lot of fun out of floating when you are being sprayed in the face the entire time:((

Saturday evening we headed back up to the cabin and enjoyed a yummy meal, piƱata, and dance party.

We actually chose to drive back and forth from home to the cabin this year. Olivia isn't the biggest fan of the dark and not that great of a sleeper and our usual flower/dog sitter wasn't able to come and take care of things for us while we were gone.
So on Sunday morning we woke up bright and early (and well rested) and made it back up to the cabin just in time for breakfast.

We then spent the next few hours before people had to head for home doing projects and crafts with the kids.
We did everything from making and launching rockets, to making astronaut helmets and galaxy slime.
