I can't believe the month of May is OVER!!!
It seems like it was a whirlwind, but I'm glad to say we survived.
With end of school year activities, finishing out preschool, and trying to adjust to a newborn, I'm looking forward to the month of June and an empty schedule:))
The month started with Kyler's end of year TaVaci concert.
I'm not sure how much longer we can convince Kyler to do. He feels like he is getting too big to sing those baby songs:((
Jason and I was able to sneak away to the temple a couple of days before Olivia was born. The temple grounds during the Spring months are beyond beautiful.
May 5th (my due date) came and went, or at least that's what I thought, so Jason tried to cheer me up with a day date to the flower nursery and my favorite, Goodwood. Later that evening when I went into labor I was rethinking that decision to eat at one of my favorite restaurants when it all came back up:((
It wouldn't be a normal May if we didn't experience crazy weather.
Khloe had a pretty rough month adjusting to a new baby.
Luckily she has Dora to help keep her entertained.
The kids being patient while we picked out our vegetables for the garden.
The end of the month brought extra warm weather.
I'm not sure who had more fun playing in the water, Lucy or the kids.
It's a good thing the kids LOVE the dog as much as they do!!!
It makes it worth having her even though she is destroying our yard.
Jason took the kids to a matinee on afternoon to give me a break.
We are pretty excited about some of the movies coming out this summer.
Gotta love having a dental assistant in the family.
Jason got to go with the youth group and help plant the flowers in front of the temple. It ended up being a downpour while they were working.
Speaking of working in the yard. All of our free time was spent trying to get the flowerbeds and garden ready for planting.
I wrapped up another year of preschool.
In 7 years of doing preschool, this was probably one of my hardest yet.
This was the only way that I was able to get anything done during one of the busiest months of the year.
Celebrating Memorial Day weekend with family BBQ's and visiting our loved ones at the cemetery.
