The highlight of April was the first week of the month when we enjoyed our spring break vacation.
It was kind of hard to leave beautiful San Diego, but we were welcomed home to this beautiful tree in our front yard.
Spring in Utah can't be beat.
The temple grounds are especially gorgeous this time of year.
Khloe is full of two year old attitude.
She LOVES her purses, shoes, and jewelry.
Only a couple more weeks of Kindergarten for Kyler.
He is becoming such a good reader and has grown leaps and bounds this year.
Khloe attended nursery for the first time during the month and
LOVED it. Church has been so much more enjoyable now that I only have to wrestle her for 1 hour instead of 3:)))

We've spent a lot of time during the month of April prepping our yard and flowers beds for the season. Kids are always so much help when working in the yard!!!
Kyler has been really interested in the scriptures lately and has been wanting to get a quad. One night for FHE we went to the DI to see what we could find. Afterwards we enjoyed some icecream from the Frozen Utter for our treat.
Kyler loves Science and is very curious with how things work.
He checked out a library book full of experiments and on those nights when I go to zumba, him and Jason do some together.
We did a little spring cleaning during the month and decided to participate in a yard sale that my grandma was doing.
Of course Kyler wanted to get in on the action, so he sold some treats too.
During the month of April I had a change in callings.
I was released from Young Women's and put into scouting.
I've really struggled with the change and I'm hoping I learn what I need to from the new calling real quick so I'm not there for too long!!!!
The weather has been pretty hit and miss during the month.
We tried to take advantage of the good days.
The kids enjoyed doing a little fishing at Pioneer Pond even though the didn't have much luck catching anything.
Jason is already counting down the days until next ski seasons begins. He couldn't miss the opportunity to hit up the slopes during the past storms.

I'm looking forward to one of my favorite months of the year and one of the busiest!!!!!
Planting flowers, celebrating Mother's Day, TaVaci concert, preschool graduation, field trips, Kyler's kindergarten graduation, and a trip to St. George just to name a few.
