April's Little Things

Not too many exciting things happened for our family during the month of April, but I can't believe that it is already over.

I realized when I was going through pictures that most of them are of Khloe, sorry Kyler:) Here are a few pictures the document the little things.

Khloe's favorite sleeping position. She always tucks her knees up under her to sleep.

Unfortunately Kyler caught the stomach flu and was sick for 3 days straight. Why is it that kids are so sweet when they are sick? I guess it makes up for all the unfun clean-up.

Khloe's favorite thing to do right now is close doors.
She will go in her room and spent at least a half hour playing around. Whenever I go and open the door she quickly crawls over and shuts it again.

She has also discovered how much fun the kitchen drawers are.
Her favorite one is the baggie drawer.
Looks like it's time to child proof them all.

With the change of seasons we're trying to introduce her to some new fresh foods. She wasn't too big of a fan of asparagus.

Her hair is getting really long!!!
I love her two little piggies.

April has been a busy month with preschool.
Going on 3 different field trips kept me busy.

Wednesday night mutual activities always seem to keep Kyler entertained. This boy LOVES dogs and followed this dog around all night.

With preschool coming to an end, officially kicking off Summer, going and picking out all of my flowers and planting them, and celebrating Mother's Day, May has got to be one of my
favorite months of the year!!!

Powder Day

With a record year for least amount of snowfall, there was only 1 place you could find Jason last week after the biggest snowstorm of the season.
He couldn't have been happier.

Of course these two little buddies wanted in on the fun
and enjoyed one last ski day before the season ended.

Already looking forward to Winter 2015/2016!!!

Weekend Words

We kicked off the weekend with yummy lunch at Pizza Factory and running some errands in Logan for preschool.

Kyler enjoyed a sleepover at Grandma's house with cousin Annie Friday night. They were able to tag along and help grandpa brand cows Saturday morning.

Since Kyler was gone all day on Saturday we took advantage of it and went on a day date.
We enjoyed a yummy lunch at Roosters and then
went lawn mower shopping.

Saturday night we enjoyed celebrating my aunt's 50th birthday with a delicious dinner and live band.

Khloe sure does lover her grandpa's!!!

Kyler was mesmerized by the band.
All the other kids were off playing on the playground, but not him.
He sat and watched them the entire time.

Our cute brother trying to get us sisters to dance with him.

At the end of their performance one of the band members gave Kyler his bandanna and let him check out the instruments.

Simple Pleasures

Country Living + Little Boys=Simple Pleasures

It always amazes me how wide open spaces can keep boys entertained for hours.

Last week we hung out in the meadow while grandpa worked the cows. The kids spent the afternoon throwing rocks into the water, exploring, and watching the cows be branded.
Uncle Ty is such a tease and kept throwing things at the boys.
Kyler's response was, "What are all these cow body parts?"
They were pretty concerned with what was
happening to the baby calves.

My cute dad and his "girls."
