Vacation Day 8...St. George

We made the most of the last day of vacation.
We hung out at the pool for a few hours before leaving Vegas.
It is the PERFECT pool for all ages and had plenty of places that Olivia could play around without being held.

We arrived in St. George just in time to enjoy dinner at the park and let the kids get their wiggles out at the splash pad.
It was the most beautiful night and no wanted to leave.

We loaded up and headed for home at 8:30 p.m.
It made for a late night for Jason, but the traffic was great which made for a smooth drive home.

Vacation Day 7...Las Vegas

Jason and Kyler went fishing for a few hours from the pier while I packed up and got us ready to leave. We had pizza at our favorite pizza place again and then hit the road for Las Vegas.

The worst part about driving to California is going through Vegas.
It amazes me how you can literally feel the spirit leave you as you enter the city and then to feel the peace again as you head out of the city. If it weren't for our favorite hotel/pool/lazy river we would NEVER stop there!!!

We were hoping to spend sometime at the pool, but it was too windy and cold so we ended up going out to dinner and then calling it an early night:).

Vacation Day 6...Sea World

Our plans for day 6 were up in the air.
Jason and Kyler had booked a deep sea fishing exercusion, but it was canceled last minute due to strong rip tides and large waves.
We hadn't planned on going to Sea World, but were able to find cheap tickets online and figured the kids would LOVE it!!!

The crowds were much better than at Disneyland and the weather cooperated for most of the day.
The kids loved all of the hands on exhibits and the rides.

The dolphins are always our favorite!!!
They were so attentive and interactive with the kids.
Olivia LOVED them!!!!

It was our last night on the beach and we took advantage of every last second of it!!! Kyler decided he wanted to do some more boogie boarding and the girls had fun running around while we watched the sunset.
