I'm always a little sad to see the weekend come to an end,
especially after such a fun one.
We kicked things off Friday night with a date night.
I know how important it is to take time each week away from the kids and
reconnect with your spouse. We don't always make time or put a priority doing this, but
when we do it sure is fun to get out and spend some alone time.
Beautiful sunset when we came out of the movie theater.
If you are looking for a good movie, we really enjoyed
The Fault in our Stars.
(warning: take a box of tissues with you)
Kyler had a blast at Kid's Night Out at The Peak while we were at the movies.
He has really been missing preschool so it was the perfect remedy for this.
Saturday we put our season passes to Lagoon to good use.
The boys had fun trying out new rides while
Khloe and I took it easy in the shade away from the crowds.
Saturday night we celebrated cousin Max's birthday.
He had a darling Mickey Mouse themed party.
Kyler is a very thoughtful little guy and is always making/creating cards and projects to give to people.
He was pretty proud of his Mickey Mouse card he drew for Max:))
Cousins having fun doing the Mickey Mouse dance.
Sunday was spent honoring and celebrating the men in my life.
Already looking forward to next weekend...
