Celebrating with the Cooks

Christmas Day was spent with Jason's side of the family.
We enjoyed a wonderful meal, was spoiled with gifts, and had fun being together with family.

Jason got pretty creative with his gifts to his brothers.
He designed t-shirts that allow the kids to play while dad gets
a back massage.

We also enjoyed 2 nights during the month celebrating with the
Cook/Grover side of the family.
I think that is what makes December such a great month.
So being together with family.

Christmas Morning

Nothing beats Christmas morning with little ones.

Our Christmas morning was pretty perfect this year!!!
We weren't rushed to be anywhere, the kids slept in until 7:30, they were excited with the gifts they received, and Kyler and Khloe are at the perfect age to feel the magic of Christmas.

Kyler picked out the sweetest gift for his little sister.
Pink purse, a wallet with cards in it, real keys, and chapstick.

He was also pretty excited with the cool
Star Wars shirt that he got for Jason.

Each year as a gift from me I put together a shutterfly picture book for the kids of the past year. I hope this is a gift that they will look back and cherish as adults.

Jason and I surprised Kyler with a 600 piece robot that he can build. He wants to be a robot engineer when he grows up and is always asking if we can build a real robot.
He was pretty excited when he opened it.

Having a little girl on Christmas morning is the BEST!!!
(I'm pretty sure I was more excited about the new doll then she was:)

Kyler's expression from the morning as he flew
past us on his motorcycle:
"Santa crushed it this year!!!"
